Why Viatro exists
A good plan rarely fails on knowledge — it fails on the day
Ask a chat window for ten days in Japan and you get ten days. Filled, plausible, nicely written. What you don't get is any assurance that everything important is actually in there. One New York plan came back to us without the Statue of Liberty. On paper it looked flawless.
The second break happens on the street. A plan that looks fine on paper sends you north in the morning, south at noon and back again at night. Ten kilometres before you've properly looked at anything. Not wrong — just never measured.
Viatro approaches the question differently. The difference doesn't show in the prose, it shows in the day: ten kilometres of walking become 1.6. What you gain is hours spent at places rather than between them — and a plan you wouldn't guess nobody wrote by hand.

Short walks, no zigzag
A day doesn't send you north in the morning and south in the afternoon. Of the legwork a freely generated plan demands, a fraction remains — and what you gain is hours at the places themselves rather than between them.
No invented places
Every stop genuinely exists and sits where the plan puts it. No museum that closed years ago, no address that never was, no opening hours out of thin air.
Nothing major missing
A New York plan without the Statue of Liberty isn't a trip, it's an omission. Completeness isn't a by-product Viatro hopes for — it is made certain.
Measured in hours, not stops
Six stops are a leisurely morning or a forced march, depending on what's in them. You say how long your day should be — relaxed, normal or see a lot — and you can see at any moment how full it already is.
A start, not a verdict
The first plan is a proposal you see before you accept it. After that you change it by hand or in conversation, and the day recalculates at once — mid-trip included.

While travelling, Viatro shows the day as map and list at once: where you are, what's next, how long it takes to get there — on foot, by bike or by car. One tap starts navigation on real streets. Stops can be moved, ticked off and reordered, and the day recalculates immediately.

A co-pilot that knows where you are
The co-pilot knows your position, your next stops and the weather. Ask for a café around the corner, for ideas for a rainy afternoon, or have a whole trip planned — the answer refers to the spot you're standing on. And it doesn't guess about money: “What does a flight to Rome cost?” looks up real flights and hotels — as tappable offers right in the chat.

Frequently asked
Do I need the app, or does the browser work?
Both. Viatro runs fully in the browser — planning, map, navigation and tools. The iPhone app is in beta and an Android version is being prepared. Your account and your trips are the same either way.
Does Viatro work without internet?
The trip itself does: it lives on the device, days, stops and paperwork included. A connection is only needed for what comes from outside — new AI plans, map tiles for areas you have never opened, flight status and weather.
Where do the places in a plan come from?
They are real, existing places. Every stop is verified before it enters the plan; whatever can't be confirmed is dropped. That is why you won't find invented addresses or museums that closed years ago.
Can I change a plan?
Any time, in two ways: by hand — move, delete or add stops, reorder days — or in conversation, by telling the co-pilot what should be different. The day recalculates immediately.
How does the email import work?
Your account gets its own address at viatro.ai. Forward a booking confirmation there and Viatro extracts the hotel, flight or rental car and files it in the matching trip. Anything it couldn't read stays visible until you dismiss it — rather than vanishing quietly.
Can I actually book and pay inside Viatro?
Yes. Flights are booked through our partner Duffel, hotels through LiteAPI — right in the app, paid by card with 3-D Secure. Your contract for the travel service is with the airline or the hotel; we arrange it. Confirmation and cancellation emails are included. During the beta the booking flow runs in test mode, in which no real payments are taken.
What does Viatro AI cost?
Starting costs nothing and no feature is locked. The free tier includes 3 AI plans a month with up to 3 days. A paid Premium is prepared but not yet purchasable.
